Updated February 07, 2018 05:05:55A new uniform for British bus drivers will be coming to the country in about two years.
Buses are currently allowed to wear uniforms made from materials like fabric and vinyl, which are more durable than the materials used in the original “The Matrix” films.
The new uniform is the first to feature “Theta,” which is a form of organic material, and was created by a British-based company called Rydon.
It’s made of synthetic fabric, polyurethane, cotton and polyester and it’s available in three colors, red, black and white.
It also comes with a black visor that lets drivers know what time of day they’re working.
The design is not unique to British buses, but the company said the uniform will be available to all bus drivers in the UK.
“Buses will be wearing Theta uniforms in about 2-3 years,” said the company in a statement.
It was not immediately clear how long it would take to make the uniform.
The Rydons uniforms will be the first official ones from the company.
The uniforms are available to bus drivers for about £30 ($50) a piece, Rydonic said in the statement.
“We’re excited about the opportunity to create a new form of transportation for all of the British public.
The uniform is a welcome addition to the public transport experience.”
In the first movie in the “The Next Generation” series, which ran in 1997, “Thetas” wore a white uniform.
It wasn’t until the series ended that “The Tans” wore the first uniforms.
The company said they’re currently in talks with British Transport Police about getting the uniforms made.
